Just received a call from Fairway Cheverolet, they say they could not get my Active Handling to Fail...whatever that means. But they DID find a bad fuel pump and a bad mass air flow sensor....REPAIR COST $1950.00/a 10.5 hour job !!....Phew....Thank God for the $1800.00 CarMax Extended Warranty. I only need to pay $75 deductible. They said if I have a problem with Active Handling again in the future they (CarMax Warranty) will pay for repair without me having to pay another deductible.

Last week while driving to Cali in that crazy rain, a "Service Active Handling Soon" message appeared for the first time. It would reset on its own for a day but it keeps coming back every other day now. Also my "check engine" light would come on and off every other day(however this has happened numerous times in the past). The forums speaks about a possible bad "steering position sensor" at the base of the steering wheel. Just wondering if anyone had this message before? I'm taking it back to Carmax or Dealer next week to have it looked at. (I have an extended Warranty).

LOL........personally I think it has something to do with the Pole Shift ......... hmm odd my posts always show correct time. You must be stuck in a time phase variance. We will have to further study this anomaly. Perhaps there is a localized rift in the time continuum surrounding your computer I will alert NASA to the issue.

mmm...ouch ..no restore disk...well I guess I could order it from Apple using the serial-number .....SOLD $200 !! The WiFi works great better than any of my other computers or devices, but I don't know enough about Macs to know if there is a factory restore ability.

I just purchased a iMac desktop and fell in love with Apple, I would like to have another Apple just for surfing the internet. Do you still have the manual/restore disc etc.? I know its not exactly car related but I would rather sell it to someone I know rather than craigslist it. MacBook 2.1 2 GHz processor, 1 GB RAM, 75GB harddrive, 13inch screen Works great and I just bought a new power cord for it. I just have no use for it. $200 Robert Adamski 702-348-5133 adamski_robert@yahoo.com
