Come one come all!!! A little over a year ago, Calico Corvettes and Cruisers was born with an initiation run to Boulder Dam. We enjoyed a great turnout and so began many runs and many new friendships along the way. Well, the dam will be closing soon to vehicle traffic, so we thought we'd take one last run over it before that historic day.
Join us Sunday; October 24th, 2010, at 7:00 a.m. at AP's (f/k/a (formerly known as) the Hot Rod Grill) on American Pacific between Stephanie and Gibson on the "awning side." We'll head from there to the 95 and Boulder Dam. Once over the dam, we'll head 27 miles south to Arizona's Famous Last Stop to eat (www.arizonalaststop.com) and have a celebration with cake and prizes for our one year anniversary and then we'll make our return trip. There will be photo opportunities and we will have some one waiting to take a shot of you in your car on the dam.
We look forward to seeing you one and all. Feel free to invite any and all friends with sports cars - maybe you're forgetting that neighbor with a Challenger, Charger, Mustang, Porsche, or other nice car. This is an event worth bringing that car that's being saved for the right occasion out of the garage and driving it. Bring your classic Caddie or your newer CTS... we just want you to join us in the celebration!
We'll need to know how many so we have enough cake, etc.... so please RSVP on Facebook - I've provided the link to the event here:

We are looking forward to really enjoying this historic event with you - our friends, neighbors, and fellow car enthusiasts.
See you on the road!!!
